LS Retail POS Printing Receipt in Arabic

Hi,

We are using LS Retail Nav 4.0.We need to print Arabic font on Cash receipt during sales transaction.Currently using POS Printers are Epson TM-T88IV and 88V.Currently all POS printers are printing via OPOS drivers.How can we modify this to print in Arabic from LS Retail via opos drivers.What changes we have to do on LS??Please help.

    hi,

    here you will find the answer.

    result: this label printer does not support your requirements. you'll need an other printer, that can write correct arabic words.

    an alternative: try to create a pdf file and print that out. if the printer understands postscript/pdf it would be no problem to get a correct output.

    I think the best solution is what is been suggested by Jonathan, either a new printer or through PDF.
