Electronic reporting - ER Model missing in Format design view

Hello,

I'm experimenting some issues within Electronic reporting Format mapping of Purchase order. I'm using

I've been modifying Model, model mapping and format normally, but suddenly I lose my model in the format design view and it wasn't possible to restore. The only way to recover my format was to take an older version (2 days of working back). And now it is the second time it happens to me.

Format designer configuration:

This is my model:

Model mapping (I can see all nodes of my model):

From old versions of my Format Designer configuration, I can access to all nodes of my Model:

Has anyone had these kind of issues in Electronic Reporting?

Thanks you

    Hi Fernando,

What happens if you export your configuration and import into a new environment ? Maybe this is only some UI issue ?

    Hi @Fernando Gordillo

Check if the model on Purchase order (Wordl) is related to the correct model and config version that you have created (i.e. Open the Designer > Mapping > Model > Version)

    pastedimage1619512988963v3.png

Then check if node "$PurchPurchase" (under model) have correct formula (View Formula). It can be 'model.PurchaseOrderInquiry'

    Hi Alireza!

I've check the Format component, Opening the Designer > Mapping > Model & Version fields

The problem was the config version related.

I don't know why, but the format was using an config version non existing on my format component. Perhaps I've deleted and the system didn't detect this conflict.

Thanks you! This will solve my problem for next time. I've already restored manually my job.
