Report print preview not showing the correct text characters

Dear All,

May I please know if anyone of you encounter issue in AX 2012 R2 CU7 SSRS Preview Screen showing "square" instead of showing Thailand character something like this "กรมศุลกากร".

See my sample AX 2012 R2 CU7 SSRS Report (Input Tax) below:

    I resolved this issue by add font segoe in remote server or local computer where you want to view report.

    After restart , square will be replace with thai font

    There is no Thai language pack for Windows Server 2012 R2.

    please install language pack in your windows server. It can fix this issue.

    i have the same issue but there seems isn't any thai language pack for windows servwr 2012 r2. i wish some1 manage to find?

    Hi, I'm having the same issue. May i know if you have solution to fix this? I'm running windows server 2012 r2 and ax2012 r3 rtm.

    You must install language pack in Windows server first. after server restart you can see correct language in all your report.

    You may want to review if the fonts used by the report are embedded in the PDF file (in properties).

    Nevertheless I think you should rather ask in a forum about SSRS, as this doesn't seem to be related to Dynamics AX.

    Hi Martin,

    Yes it happen to all users even we set the language in EN-US or Thailand still the same results.

    By the way I'm using SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 CU7 Edition.

    It's happen to all Reports, even I do redeploy all SSRS still the same results.
