Hi,
I have a custom entity in which I have to have a field to store unique references to records of any entity in the system, similar to 'Regarding Object' in task or appointment.
Tried to look into Task and appointment entities, it just says the field type is LookUp and points to random entity.
Is it possible to have the 'Regarding' type field in an custom entity?

I think you need a relationship - docs.microsoft.com/.../create-edit-entity-relationships.
