Hi

I have a many to many relationship between opportunity and contacts and have tried subrgrids (editable and non editable) and also quickview, but it only says

no data is avalible.

In the (swedish) pic below the opporttunity is fort the account " "Nytt konto"-

On the accounform thera are two contacts related to the account.

The sugrid is ont he left and the quickview at the bottom...neither shows any related contacts.

What am I missing?

    Hi MiaE,

Yes, using the Quick View form is the easiest way to do this.

    (1) Create one quick view form in the account entity:

    (2) Add one sub-grid related to contacts in the quick view form:

    (3) Add the quick view form to the opportunity form:

    (4) Test:

Also, you can use code to achiev your goal if you don't want to use quick view form:

if you just want to show the contacts related to the opportunity account, you don't need to create a relationship between opportunity and contacts.

You need to create a quick view form for the account table, inside this quick view form you add the subgrid to show the contacts.

After the quick view form is ready, you add it to the opportunity form pointing to the customer lookup, in this way you will have the quick view form displaying inside the opportunity form.

    hope it helps
