One of our users is getting this error when trying to qualify a lead:

The error message is as follows:
"Exception Message: You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help.
ErrorCode: -2147220960
HexErrorCode: 0x80040220
Activity Id: 4dbd4819-e278-4728-92be-2dff7e9ebd34"
It only happens with certain leads though. Has anyone seen this before?
