Error received when qualifying a lead (activity ID: 4dbd4819-e278-4728-92be-2dff7e9ebd34)

Hi 

One of our users is getting this error when trying to qualify a lead:

The error message is as follows:

"Exception Message: You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help.

ErrorCode: -2147220960
HexErrorCode: 0x80040220

Activity Id: 4dbd4819-e278-4728-92be-2dff7e9ebd34"

It only happens with certain leads though. Has anyone seen this before?

    Hi,

    Can you please download log file from dialog window and share to check this issue.

    Also, You can get detailed error from Network Tab Developer Tool (Hit F12). Perform your operation then check network tab to get detailed error.

    Check below  article fo rminimum privilege required for Lead Qualification.
