
Hi all,
Just realised this problem recently and not sure if it's cause of a recent update but now when I use the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook on a email and try to open a record in browser it's not opening it in Chrome.
So you can see below the default web browser app is set to Chrome.
I then through Outlook click on the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook on a email.
When I click the view in browser:
It doesn't open it in chrome....
I believe this is Edge but why does it force me to open a record in Edge and not Chrome?

Hi,
As per the article -How to deploy Dynamics 365 App for Outlook | Microsoft Docs chrome is supported as default browser. However, this action is triggered from the outlook app.
We need to work with the Outlook team to understand the cause for this behavior, can you open a ticket with the Outlook team to investigate on it?
