SSRS Customer Statements - views missing from Qfactor, anyone have them or some like them?

Posted on by 10

Hello all

I have been tasked with finding some answers about SSRS reporting of statements.  I found this post here

https://qfactorconsulting.wordpress.com/tag/microsoft-dynamics-gp/

Which teased some RDL and views but the links have gone bad.  Does anyone have these files and could they provide them as a point of learning+discovery?

    Hi dma550

Unfortunately this is often happening when blog posts refer to outside link stored on DropBox or OneDrive, that might be gone years after the blog entry was posted.

As you can guess, most of the views were based (if not even used as is) on 's SQL view collection.. So you may head over to her blog and check for existing views related to Customer statements..

I don't know which ones Constance Quigley were referring originally, but this might help: https://victoriayudin.com/gp-reports/receivables-sql-views/

As for the RDL files, that you'll have to figure out yourself by using the existing SSRS report and open it in Report Designer and alter it to add the missing fields.

    Hope this helps.

The only RDL files we've published was back on GP 2010 version, which you can find here:

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../

It is what you'd find on PartnerSource/CustomerSource

The files are the RDL/RDS files for the SQL SRS reports that Dynamics GP deploys.

You can also open the default SSRS reports in Report Manager and other applications, used for creating/modifying SSRS reports.

    Thanks
