Hi, I am trying to import prod copy db through deployment manager, and the below error occurred, please advise. I have V8.2 on-premise set up.

Hello sdnd2000,

Hope you are well and safe.

Make sure you are proceeding with a backup/restore of the current database organization and later apply this script to guarantee only one connection to database:

USE [master]

GO

ALTER DATABASE [BD] SET SINGLE_USER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE

ALTER DATABASE [BD] SET MULTI_USER
