License for custom security role

In our current project, we have configured a set of custom security roles. What is the best way to assess the the license (Functional/Enterprise/Task) which will be required for each security role.

I tried to run the batch process "Named user license count reports processing" but the report 'Named user licence count' is coming blank. We are using AX 2012 R3 CU8.

Is there any way to assess the license that is required for a custom role based on the duty/privilege linked to the role ?
