I am trying to configure HTTPS for MR, but don't know where to start. I attempted to look at the article described here
But the page does not load. Does someone have an alternate source?

I read the document provided by the article you referenced above. The first question is, do you already have all the pre-requisites in place? .NET 4.6.1, PowerShell 5.0 or greater, Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer, SQL Server 2012 or newer, and a certificate issued by either your AD Certificate Services or a certification authority (think GoDaddy)? You need to ensure all these are in place before you can begin the process of deploying the MR web viewer with HTTPS
