Account bulk import

I have a situation where I want to associate Accounts to a Parent Account and there are multiple accounts with same names but different account numbers. I am bulk importing account records and having problems uploading them. I am getting an error "A duplicate lookup reference was found."

Example:

Account Name Account Number Account Owner Parent Account State
ABC 1111 Tom NY
XYZ 1212 Jim ABC (1111) NJ
LMN 1151 Joe ABC (9999) SD
ABC 9999 James CA
UVW 9171 Tod LMN NV
DEF 6363 Joe ABC (1111) WI

From the above example, I am suppose to set the Parent Account to the right Account number. The problem is the Account Names are similar in my case but the account number are not. In my bulk export the Parent Account shows the Account Name by default. So when there are more than one same names, the bulk upload fails as it unable to recognize the unique account that needs to get associated. I the above example I have added the account number in braces to distinguish the exact account I want to associate with. (In actual export, the Account Numbers are not shown but only the Account Name.)

So can you please help and show me how I can setup my fields or bulk import that I can associate the parent child account hierarchy correctly.
