Hi,
On Quote entity we have the Options to download create pdf/ email pdf.
Does anyone have idea on how the CRM is generating these documents?
I need to trigger Email PDF automatically.
Is there anyway I can do that ?

The application uses the Word Templates to generate the PDF files.
As far as I'm aware this feature is currently available only the Ribbon of the form.
I am not sure what type of automation do you need to set up in your enviroment, but I would perhaps start to built this action from a Flow, if any at the moment available

But can you tell me the licensing of flows?
its very hard to understand the licensing guide of Microsoft.
But in short can you tell me,
if a flow can be run in one user's context for the entire organization?
What are the limit runs of flow user?
