Bulk downloading documents from URL fields

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We have a custom entity with two URL fields which store links to documents uploaded to AWS from a web form. Can anyone think of a way that we can automatically download the documents from these URLs in bulk and store them somewhere (e.g. Sharepoint)?

I was thinking maybe PowerAutomate could potentially accomplish this but am not sure of the best way to go about it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

You can give Power Automate a try but Plugin is also another option. You can trigger your plugin on the creation of the record and hit an HTTP request to get all the files and upload them to the SharePoint location.

    Thanks
