Shopify Connector - Sync Products

Hi

I am having a lot of issues syncing products from BC to Shopify. I managed to create my products on Shopify initially. However, i get the following error when trying to sync the products now:

Gen. Bus. Posting Group must have a value in Customer: No.=. It cannot be zero or empty.

I have tried setting a default customer, and even using customer templates on the Customer Mapping - and made sure to fill out the Gen. Bus. Post. Group. Nothing seems to help.

I have the same question (0)

UPDATE: After adding a Customer Template on the shop card - and not in the customer mapping. I no longer get the above error. However, i get this error instead: Invalid Conversion. Source: NavInteger, Destination: NavGuid.

    How do i resolve this?

    Hello Mathias,

I did some research and could not find anything related so far.

I would suggest you to open a support request and provide all your setup, so that error can be investigated.

In case you are not a Partner, please contact your Partner so they can log the request on your behalf.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi MathiasRT,

Please fallow the link for configuration of shopify connector and shop in Business Central

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/shopify/get-started

Access the shop in Shopify >go to customer Synchronization> customer template code >new> and create as below

I figured out what caused the issue. Another extension was conflicting with the Shopify Integration.

The Shopify extenstion creates a temp customer in order to calculate the price of products, which is not possible due to another extension we have that requires approval for deleting customers.

Can you confirm what the other extension was that you had conflicting? Was it an extension on the Shopify end or the Microsoft end?

    Hi,

Does anyone here who can tell me about Scaptify connector? What about Scaptify throughput and fault tolerance level.

    Thanks & Regards,
