Hi,
I'm trying to create service activities related to a case based on services. After creating the service activities they are displayed normally in the schedule board under 'Unscheduled Service activities'. However, when I want to drag the service activities to a resource in the schedule board, nothing happens. Additionally, when I try to look for availability of resources for the service activities, I get the message that no resources are available, while there are.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
