Unable to turn on "Sales Insights Adaptive sequence timeout flow" in Sandbox

I was able to turn on this flow in our production environment just fine, but in our dev environment I'm getting this error: 
 
Flow client error returned with status code /Forbidden/ and details /{/error/:{/code/:/ConnectionAuthorizationFailed/,/message/:/The caller object id is 'ec1bdd38-6ae7-4739-822a-4268ffd3167b'. Connection 'msdyn_acceleratedsales_connection' to 'shared_commondataserviceforapps' cannot be used to activate this flow, either because this is not a valid connection or because it is not a connection you have access permission for. Either replace the connection with a valid connection you can access or have the connection owner activate the flow, so the connection is shared with you in the context of this flow./}}/.

    We have analyzed the information you provided, and the error message indicates that the caller object ID "ec1bdd38-6ae7-4739-822a-4268ffd3167b" does not have the privileges required to use the connection "msdyn_acceleratedsales_connection" to "shared_ commondataserviceforapps" to activate the permissions required for the process.
     
    Here are some of our thoughts.
    1. If the caller object is a user, could you please check if the user has the necessary permissions to access and use the connection.
     
    2. based on the information you have provided, it seems that the flow that is going wrong belongs to the internal part of the product. This could also be caused by a bug in the product. We are trying to reproduce this issue, and I will reply if there is any new development.
