Have you done an advance view and looked at pending email to see why it is pending? Should be easy enough.
If you can then try to send direct message from a view or record to see if that goes through.
If all fails, go into the mailbox in D365 and see if the "Test and Enable" has been run on the mailbox?
Lastly, if no email can send then it is a configuration problem, but if it is only from the workflow, I would check the above.
Hi,
One possible reaon could be that you donot habve email confirmed for your environment. Try sending email manually by creating email record and hit send. If that also doesn't work that check your email configuration and find out why the emails are not sending from your system.
Other possibility is that you may have selected a user in the from field which doesn't have email send configured.
