Dear

i am using the traditional financial statements and trying to set up a Percentage % column ,

i want to be able to calculate the % based on a

in FRX and Management reporter , it used to be called CBR - you would define a row and call it the CBR and it was considered the 100% row and all the amounts % would be calculated based on that row

the idea is i want to calculate in an independent column the % of all the amounts based on base row (example gross margin), and all the rows % will be calculated as if the base row

i can already see a column of type "Percentage" but i am not sure how to set it up because it now gives me ZERO amount,

how can i define the base row amount

    Hi Silvano,

    A while ago for me....

On the Financial statement Setup tab, you can specify the primary dimension set for 100%. (Possibly not mandatory)

If you have columns you can then create e.g. an amount column and a 100% column. From the 100% column, you can setup which column number will be used as reference (amount column number).
