I want to generate a word document or even a PDF automatically through power automate and saved to SharePoint.

The blog explains an approach that involves storing the generated document in OneDrive. You need to change this method by using Sharepoint Connector instead.

So I can have a table in Dynamics which enabled for documents to be exported to Sharepoint when I click the 'Export to PDF' button, which is enabled.
Is there anyway I can automate this process. So the user can click a button and the document is automatically created and stored in SharePoint and can be view the document from Dynamics form in a documents location subgrid.
I understand your need better. Indeed, it requires no effort on your part. This functionality already exists in Dynamics for sales:
