Kindly Clarify my 2 basic doubts:
Doubt 1:
- Created Segment (select contact above age 45) , used in journey and it was fine.(Refresh rate - automatic refresh in Segments)
- Next day, I modified few contact age above 45 to come under the same segment, But could not see them coming through nor journey running for that contact.
- I did the hard refresh on segments and Journey page but nothing worked. What might be the problem .
- Also how to avoid that journey running for the 5 members(ran previous day) and just only run for 2 members whose age has been changed to meet the condition.
5. kindly help to resolve it. Expecting to see 7 members in below screen.
