RNI Report not generating

I'm having an issue with generating the RNI Report in GP 2010.  It is not a modified report that I'm running.  I generate it and it nothing ever comes out it runs forever.  It is in the process monitor as active and on the details in process monitor it says PrintReceivedNotInvoicedReportRemote as the process entry.  I can run the report if I put in a range and enter a PO number it prints out to screen but when I try to generate the entire report to tie to the GL it never prints.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Have you ever run the full report successfully?  Are you leaving the restictions window blank or inserting the full range of POs?

    Yes we run this report weekly with no problems just today it started having issues with not being able to generate.  I'm not putting any restrictions on the report.

    Is this happening on just one workstation or all workstations?  Has anything in your GP environment changed recently such as add-on of a 3rd party product or any kind of infrastructure changes?

    We only run Terminal Server so I have tried running the report on the terminal server as well as the SQL Server and I get the same response no report generates.  Nothing has changed on the environment.
