November 2019 pricing changes - additional instance (production and non production) costs

Hi;

We have recently purchased the customer service enterprise plan for 20.30 users; moving forward to may next year the anticipation is we will migrate 150/200 users across to a second Production instance - so single tenant with two instances (both licenced at enterprise) with the free sandbox instance for development. We will also purchase an additional non-production instance.
Under the new pricing model (November 2019) all i require is the single app 'Customer services'

My first question is; am i paying for two production instances and one non-production instance; or simply one app and i can manage as many Prod/non-prod instances as i like assuming i keep within the storage limits.

Secondly; is my default storage 40GB (2*prod instances) or 20GB?

    sorry it wasn't a sales question i wanted at this stage - i'm simply asking since the changes i have read that there is now no monthly charge for production and sandbox instances; this link suggests that; however i have also read that its only sandbox instances that are in scope of this change - i just wanted confirmation which is it
