Problems with workflows

Hi. I recently started working with CD and Dynamics and I have a few doubts regarding workflows.

1) How do I crearte a workflow of automatic email sends whenever a client changes his/her status from potential lead to client who has reserved a house? A colleague which normally works with Dynamics told me that it should be something like this:

Search contact- operations (origin client) contains data - actual phase is equal to "contract" - date of creation of contract "today". I cannot find something similar, however.

2) Regarding onboarding leads I managed to create a workflow which automatically sends emails to leads who are manually added to CRM. However, my client, which is a real state, adds leads from several users (Client experience/exp/trade missions). Therefore, the only leads who receive emails are those created with my user or the supplier one. What should I do to make sure everyone receives an email? Give access to every user? Is there any other possibility?

    Hello,

    from your description I deduct that your workflow is only called for the leads / contacts of selected users. There seem to be additional ingestion use cases where the workflow is not called.

    Without having much insight into the specific situation I would recommend to check that the workflow is available to all the users / security roles under which those ingestions are performed.
