Missing data from Journeys insights

Hey All,

I'm fairly new to dynamics and was going to publish a new Journey but decided to do a test first. I noticed that the insights tab was missing data in some columns in my test, as below. The columns Recipient email, Profile, Profile type and Profile ID used to contain data for previous Journeys. I checked a few resources and documentation to ensure that emial tracking is on and the Lead has tracking enabled as well and yet I encountered the same problem. The missing data appears in the Delivery section, so I can see these missing fields bing populated in Sent or Delivered tabs but not in Interactions like Unique Opens or Link Clicked. Any ideas?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

This is beyond annoying but here's a known issues post from Microsoft. I'm actually fuming cause it took me ages to convince people to switch over to Journeys and this happens.....

    Hi,

    Here's a similar thread.

    Microsoft's response to the user:
Microsoft declared it in an service status update under "Users may observe interactions that appear to be from anonymous end users in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys". Hopefully a fix is coming soon.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
