I'm New to AX environment, Before I was .Net Developer. But Now I don't want do Programming
So, I need in detail about the Roles and responsibilities for Both Technical and Functional
Which way I have to move. Kindly guide me.

Microsofts Sure Step methodology should give you a pretty plear picture about the roles. You can read a bit more here: www.axaptapedia.com/Sure_Step_Methodology
I think you need access to Customer- or PartnerSource to get actual access to the methodology though.
