Getting two cases under related tab -one in Related-common and another one in related -service

Need to hide case under Related-common

    Hello,

    Pls follow this step,

    Go to Settings > CustomizationsCustomize the System, then expand Entities > Opportunity > Forms, open the Opportunity main form.

    It may be because two relationship between account and case. Anyway you can remove one from navigation pane as suggest above.

    Hi partner,

    You can remove it from the ‘relate-common’ navigation.

    1.Go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Account > Form > main form.

    2.Clicking ‘Navigation’ to edit, click option you don’t need at the left pane of the page.

    3.Clicking ‘Remove’ button, save and publish it.
