Dear Friends,

Can you help me as your few help lines are equals to 500 page manual and months of training...

I have a product FINALFIN with BOM of 1.SEMIFIN

2. RAWMAT

This SEMIFIN is a formula item with 1. RAWMATERIAL-1,

2. RAWMATERIAL-2

and with four byproducts.

by prod-1, by prod-2,by prod-3, by prod-4

Overall this is OIL recycling company

When a Production Ordered is Scheduled or Started, I want all the Journal to be JUST created with expected quantity and user should check the quantity and updates if required.

please help me... don't tell me go for training or refer BIG books.

On the production orders you can create picking lists when starting the production.

When you click start you get a dialogue.

In this dialogue under General and Picking List.

Select Always (or Flushing principle if you have set the FP to Start on your BOM lines).

Then untick the box for posting the picking list.

Now you when you click OK you will start the production order and create the picking list.

Go to the production order. In the top ribbon menu go to View and select Picking list.

You will now have a picking list you can change and post as you like.

Using Manufacturing Execution you can pull up this dialogue in a much nicer way, but I guess you're not using that. You could take a look at my blogg if you need some insight into that.

Thank you very much for the help text.

Actually my real problem is , I am not getting by-products output after start. I have mentioned in my formula for expected output.

Please suggest to get output.

can you suggest me, how i can make final product from a bom with raw material and also a formula item as bom lines

By-products will be created when you RAF from memory.
