You can try following the steps mentioned in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/remote-assist/buy-remote-assist and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/remote-assist/deploy-remote-assist which will assist you to deploy remote assist through paid license.
