How I can block the exchange rate in AX2012?

How I can block the exchange rate in AX2012? I need block the exchange rate because I do not want allow transactions if I didn't assigned a exchange rate for actual day or future days. In AX2009 I did could assign 0 (cero) in the days that i want will block of the exchange rate, but AX2012 does not permit it.

    I don’t think there is a standard way to block an Exchange rate type. You could apply a security filter to exclude those records from users or apply a simple customization to block exchange rates.

    But if AX 2009 could assign 0. I want to know if it can be done in AX 2012 too.
