I  try to do customer refund 

i Navigate to Payment Journal 

enter all the information

try to generate the EFT

    I want to have the EFT Electronic Payments that works fine for Vendors, work for Customer Refunds. I get this error when Generating the EFT File. It seems that BC does not handle Customer refund payments via Electronic Payment.
