Hi there i have two questions , is it possible for users within nav to see each others embeded powerbi reports with out a powerbi pro licence?

secondly i do have the embeded powerbi working but i can only select rpeorts form the home screen off nav if i go to lets say reports sales top right hand corner powerbi and try to select reports there is nothing in there and if i press refresh i get "the powerbi Report Buffer already exists. identification fields and values reportid='{someid}'

    Users must have authorizations to access PowerBI reports. The integration works for free and paied PowerBI versions.

    I have all that in the video running the question is one step further than that.   only the pro powerbi licence that can share reports so you need to have power bi pro in order to see a shared report in NAv as well? and secondly when all that is set , if you go to lets say sales order and on the right hand powerbi ..it gives the error i mentioned any ideas ?

    Users we'll see reports that they're authorized to view. Regarding the errors, do you have a screenshot please? Maybe it can help.

    How do you authorize users then to see a powerbi report that has been created within nav. How to send a screenshot ?

    Power Bi reports are created in PowerBI, not in NAV. Here you can assign permissions to view the report X to user A.  If so, your user A we'll see the report in NAV.

    Ok , but i am asking about powerBi reports embeded in nav? IS there any other way to view them across multple users except having a powerbi pro licence?

    http://prntscr.com/jafif0   on the screenshot u see the error , if i go at <home> and select powerbi reports everything wokrs, if i go to the right hand powerbi menu on the screenshot thats what i get and no reports...

    Regarding the error, I suggest you to activate the debugger because it seems a wrong record in that buffer table (where are stored the PowerBI report IDs).

    First question: with free license you see the report of that user (AAD login). With Pro you can share reports.

    The error was actualy the filter button on that screen , i had to clear the filter and the error was gone.
