Outlook app issues - only opens in main email window - not in sidebar

I have a Dynamics user that gets the Dynamics app to only show inside the email pane, not on the ribbon.

Plus it will not open on the sidebar.

Any ideas why it is behaving this way?

    Thank you.  We are looking to see if any of these fix the issue.

    Strangely we have many users and this only affects a few users on one site.

    They have even update the Outlook desktop version (2013).

    Please have a look at this and check if one of the listed resolutions help you:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2494581/the-outlook-ribbon-disappears-from-microsoft-outlook-when-you-use-the

    Also, you can redeploy the app for outlook to try again or uninstall Dynamics 365 for Outlook and then try reinstalling the app.

    If you still encounter an issue, would request you to contact our MS Dynamics support to assist you.
