How can we add the new feild to table in form level if that table not their in datasource

Form data sources provide data that you can show in the form fields.
You can't show data if it's not provided to the form by a data source.
Could you give us some background for your question? Why do you have such requirement?
I'm not sure if I understood your question.
But I think you want to add a field to the form from a table that is not a datasource of that form.
For example, you would like to add a field from PurchTable to the SalesTable form.
If that is the case, then I must say that you wouldn't be able to do it without development.
Users can only add fields that are already part of the form.
If you meant something else, please add examples or screen shots to clarify your question.

Please be more explanatory and specific with your questions.
What is that field supposed to display in the form?
Is it a field that will display data from your table or just a normal field used for other reasons.
If in your case your field will display date from your table, then you need the datasource.
