SAT Mexican Fields do not appear in entity CustomersV3

Hello everyone!
 
I am downloading data from the entity:CustomersV3 but the SAT fields from MX do not appear (SAT Tax Regime, SAT Tax Registration Name, SAT Purpose) . 
 
Can anyone help me?

    Hi,
    Depending on the problem you described, it seems that there is a problem with your field visibility settings or field permissions:
    • Field visibility settings: Check the field visibility settings for the SAT fields in the entity. Make sure that the “Visible by default” option is selected for these fields. To do this, go to System administration > Setup > Custom fields > Entities > CustomersV3 > Fields > [Field Name]. Verify and update the visibility settings as needed.
    • Field permissions: Confirm that the user or security role you are using to access the CustomersV3 entity has the necessary field-level permissions to see and access the SAT fields. Verify the security roles and check if the appropriate read privileges are granted for these fields.
