Upgrade Error

I am upgrading from 2015  (14.00.1430) to 18R2 with year end installed.   ( I already performed exactly same upgrade (same versions)  for another installation without any issue)

When running utilities I am getting the following error.

Failure encountered ON 11/10/2020 at 8:51:48 PM. Error: Product 1911 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.31.
Failure encountered ON 11/10/2020 at 8:51:48 PM. Error: Product 4522 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.45.
Failure encountered ON 11/10/2020 at 8:51:48 PM. Error: Product 4933 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.78.
Failure encountered ON 11/10/2020 at 8:51:48 PM. Error: Product 4955 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.94.

    It appears that long ago the Human Resources and Payroll Suite was installed but never upgraded.  Do you require this module? If not drop it from this installation. You will eventually need to purge your system of this product ID by cleaning up the DU000010 and  DU000020 table. When performing upgrades always purge the DU000030 table prior to starting.

    Hello, 

    I agree with Richard. It appears like you have items installed that you haven't upgraded in forever. 

    The article below outlines what each Product is, along with what tables will need to be removed if you want to fully remove the product.

    I removed these 4 products from DU000010, DU0000020,

    Dropped table DU000030

    I also removed it from table DB_Upgrade

    But still the same error message.  Any other suggestions

    You will have to remove the tables for those products mentioned in the link below:

    You can remove these products from your DYNAMICS.SET file but they will remain in your database. Try modifying your DYNAMICS.SET file using Add/Remove programs. It can be tricky modifying the set file.

    Ok I am still getting the same error:

    Removed it from DU0000010, DU000020, DB_UPGRADE and removed Table DU000030

    Further Dropped the following tables from Dynamics

    APR000020

    Dropped the following tables from company database

    drop table pto00100

    drop table PIP40100

    drop table APR_PIP40100

    drop table CLM40600

    These items do not exist in Dynamics.Set or DynUtils.set

    So not sure where else they can stuck?

    Paste your DYNAMICS.SET file here and I will show you the changes to make. Dropping tables is not going to fix this only create more issues.

    I do not see any of the product IDs you originally mentioned in this set file. Is the the set file from the same computer you are trying to upgrade?
