Delete Survey Functionality between Customer Voice and Common Data Service & Dataverse

I need to understand what happens to submitted survey data in both Common Data Service and Dataverse when a survey is deleted inside of Customer Voice. My understanding is there is 200 survey limit within Customer Voice. I am going to hit that limit within six months. I want to preserve all the submitted survey data for many years. The testing I have done with Common Data Service leads me to believe the survey data is deleted within the database. I need to figure out how I can preserve submitted survey data if a survey is deleted. Thanks.

Hi Graemeg,

We are working on a capability to increase the number of surveys per user to extend beyond 200 and we are providing a limited preview of this feature and you can share your tenant id details to customervoice@micosoft.com. In the mean time to preserve survey data, you can export the data from the Customer Voice application before deletion of the survey.
