Dear experts,
I have been asked to use or implement employee portal using sharepoint foundation 2010. That is to acess employee information from NAV 2009 using sharepoint foundation 2010. I have used NAV a little bit but I am new to any version of sharepoint and employee portal. on the server NAV and its employee portal, sharepoint and services are already installed , The request I got is to just install employee portal on the sharepoint side and access the NAV database.
my questions are
1.) Does the sharepoint foundation 2010 includes an employee portal ? if not , can you please send me the link to download the employee portal ?
2.) How does the NAV 2009 employee portal communicate with the sharepoint foundation 2010 emploee portal ? please guide me to any documantation .

We are trying to get Employee portal to work on Sharepoint foundation 2010. When trying to install the front end components on the sharepoint server the system gives an error that sharepoint services must be installed.
But i already installed sharepoint foundation on the server. Does anyone know how to solve this prob?
