I was trying to pick up a challenge on how to produce bread(say small loaf)...but the manufacturing manual is not sufficient for me to make a success...
Please help me out dear friends,
My Recipe are::::Sugar, Salt, Butter, Flower, Yeast....(which I think will form my BOM components)
I am planning to produce one big loaf first, then gradually on the production order procedure..
But sincerely, I am clueless...Help me out please
