Manufacturing Module.....Trying to Produce bread(a case study)

Good day Please,

I was trying to pick up a challenge on how to produce bread(say small loaf)...but the manufacturing manual is not sufficient for me to make a success...

Please help me out dear friends,

My Recipe are::::Sugar, Salt, Butter, Flower, Yeast....(which I think will form my BOM components)

I am planning to produce one big loaf first, then gradually on the production order procedure..

But sincerely, I am clueless...Help me out please

    for each of the components you need to create an item, unit of measure = kg or gr

    one item for the loaf, replenish by production, has a production bom containing the above items. then create a released production order with one loaf item.

    this answer has helped to some certain level..

    My challenges now are the work centre and machine centre..

    I decided to have 5 departments which are - Mixing, Cutting, Baking Slicing, and Packaging.

    If this formed my work centre, how many machine centres can I have, and vice versa

    for the 5 departments you need to create a routing with 5 according routing lines.
