LinkedIn Sales Navigator Integration permissions

I've installed the LinkedIn integration following the documentation here. Through playing around in there, it would appear that the LI integration is only available to users with the role System Administrator. Is there a way to change this? I tried to create another role for testing purposes, I gave it every single permission there was and it didn't show up the the users that role was assigned to.  I did see another post with a similar question, but it seemed to only address installation of the integration. I'm referring to just regular users accessing it.
