Hi all,

We have a requirement to schedule the batch job for every 1 hour to sync the Customer data between the Legal entities.

using Copy entity data between companies DIXF AX2012 R3.

Scenario :

Legal Entity A

Legal Entity B

Customer data need to share across A,B.

Entities - Customer, Customer address, Customer parameters.

BY following the document i copied customer data between the Legal entities A,B but unable to find how to recurring jobs.

Kindly guide how to run the batch job to sync the customer data across LE A,B.

go into list of all batch jobs and click on Reoccurrence button, setup as per needed schedule

System Administration >> Inquiries >> Batch Jobs >> Batch Jobs

Thanks for the reply Sohaib.

After running the wizard Copy entity data between companies.

( Legal entity A --> write. B --> read only(customer data from A is updated in B) )

Step 1;

I selected entities - Customer, Customer address, Customer parameters in the wizard.

I found 4 batch jobs for this process. One is for staging rest of them for entities.

You can find in the underneath screenshot.

records are copied from Legal entity A to B.

new customer is created in LE A.

Step 2: to sync data bw legal entity A,B.

Now we set recurrence for sync new records Legal entity A -> B.

facing an issue that new records from Legal entity A are not updating in Legal entity B.

Eg: After Creation of new Customer in LE A. We set for recurrence.

LE B still carries old data even though the batch job ended.

Please let me know how to sync the data bw LE A,B.

well, it can due to many reasons, and we need to see, what batch jobs are responsible to take data from one Company to another; That specific Batch job needed to set at reoccurrence,

Moreover in case of issues, we can also debug the Batch Jobs.

Unfortunately I don't have enough time, to look deep inside for your issue.

I replied your previously, on this thread just to point out Reoccurrence of batches.

I hope you can hear for some other contributor here.

when you are keeping on recurrence from the Batch log file what we found.

1. Batch job Copy A -> B Staging : A (staging data ) is updating with new records.

2. remaining batch jobs are not updating with new records. still they are updating LE B customer data with old staging data (filled at step1) from LE A.

Note: there is no problem in the batch job processing in the system as we are already successfully running some tasks.

Kindly guide how to do this and let us know whether we are doing in a right manner?
