Actualy i Work in Online 365 in Browser,But SSRS Report is not Work..If i am install windows server in VMWare..The Report is work or Not..

explain us more clearly. it should work either you use browser or vmware unless you have conditional access setup at azure level

Yes please provide more detail, like the error you are getting. If it works in VM but not Office 365 instance of Dynamics then the report was most likely built incorrectly. See link below for how to create SSRS reports for Online.
