Make a call from CRM phone app

Hi ,

We have business phone number and mobile number fields in CRM mobile app. How can we make it clickable so that it can make the call once clicked to contact selected.

You can use the telephone fields for contacts and accounts and add your own, but the custom phone number fields should be a single line of text field with a type of 'Phone'.
