Hi everyone,
I have a question for purchase order in AX2012 R3. Do you know, if at standard, it's possible to set some parameters when the invoice price is 0, that show a message of warning?

Hi Girogio,
Is there still something open here or has the issue been resolved?
Would be great if you could keep us updated.
Many thanks and best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Giorgio,
Would be grate if you could keep us updated on what your customer decides.
Many thanks,
Ludwig
Thank you! Before to ask a custom, I would to be sure that isn't exist a standard solution. So, in this case I’ll set a price default purchase price, and if the customer asks a deeper solution that will become an customization.
Hi Giorgio_Bonacorsi,
Can't you overcome this problem by setting up a default purchase price other than $0 in the item master?
Users will then have to overwrite it in the PO and enter the correct price.
Best regards,
Ludwig
An alert overhead for a few exceptions i.e. Ax has to check each invoice just in case.
An exception report run daily.weekly might be useful to ensure nothing was overlooked.
The customisation approach suggested seems a good option.
You could set up an alert when the price is 0 for a posted invoice, but that is coming after the event occurred. I assume you would like to get the warning before posting, that is very likely a customization.
