25Hello. We're having trouble with a smartlist providing accurate information.
We're running a report for quarterly sales for new customers only, and we have a few questions.
1. Is there a way to search for the first "invoice" date of any customer, whether they're a brand new customer, or if they've been set up from before? So, we'd like to have a first invoice date between 1/1/20 - 3/31/20? Not just an invoice date, but the first invoice date.
2. We've run a smartlist for customers with "created date from customer master", and the created date for the customer is wrong. As an example, I've created a new customer card in January 2020, and the smartlist created date shows March 2019.
