I purchased Dynamics Costumer engagement with the action pack. I have read that this gives access to Dynamics 365 Sales, marketing, among others.

I assigned the license to my user but I have not been able to access. It does not appear in the applications.

How can I access the Dynamics 365 applications?

Hey!

The first thing you need to do is to provision an environment. on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-environment#steps you have a step-by-step guide. ON the last screenshot from step 4, Ensure you select the apps you want to deploy (Sales, customer service).
