2 Mail profiles in CRM 2013

Is it possible to have 2 mail profiles - Exchange on Prem ( to send out bulk emails - Only 1 mailbox will be linked here) and

D365 Online to manage the rest of the mailboxes for the daily emails in CRM

    In D365 Online using Server Side Sync you can set up multiple profiles. Then you associate each user/queue mailbox with the appropriate mailbox.
