Standard Subscription Center - Missing Insights for Unsubscribes

Dear Community,

when using the standard subscription center of Dynamics for Marketing without Subscription Lists on it (these are optional says the documentation) - I am facing with the following issue:

If someone signs out using the Standard Subscription Center, this information is not included in the Insights of the marketing email under "Unsubscribes". 

From my point of view this is an error. How do you handle this?

    I think it is an very important to include this behavior. Without this data showing, it is easy to over-report the performance of emails. It is possible to access this data through segments, but this is a time-consuming step, especially for complex journeys.

    Hello,

    Currently the Unsubscribes from our Subscription Center pages refer only to subscription lists un-subscriptions, not including "Do not Email" selections.

    Including it seems like a common expectation, so we might be considering to change the behavior to include "Do not Email" selections as well in the Unsubscribes KPI.

    This is going to change the existing behavior for all our customers. Here's a question for our community. Is anyone seeing any problem with this change?

    Hi - I believe I'm facing a similar issue. I am using a custom subscription center to track unsubscribes and have set it to my default subscription center in content settings. However, in my marketing email insights it shows a 0 for unsubscribes. I've confirmed that I am able to successfully unsubscribe with that link but it is not appearing in the insights.

    Hello,

    Does this issue occur to other subscription center forms?

    Instead of the default subscription center form, it is recommended to use other forms designed by yourself.
