Purchase Order Workflow

Hi there,

             I am trying to create a new Purchase Order Workflow, but after adding a "conditional Decision Control" or "Review Purchase Order Task" AX is getting closed automatically.

             I try to repeat the process couple of time but getting same result.

Please suggest to solve this issue.
