Drop Down field in Opportunities

I'm trying to create a new drop-down field on the CRM sales pipeline under Opportunities. With the dropdown, I'm trying to see if it's possible to create another dropdown selection based on the initial dropdown selected. For example, first dropdown will be Yes/No, and based on the answer another dropdown will appear. If this is not possible, please let me know.

    You can show hide the fields present in Business Process flow stages as described below:
